Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create unique brand identities, covering all aspects of visual design, including design systems, logos and graphical elements, photography selection, color, typography, motion and UI style.
- Craft user-friendly interfaces and experiences through site maps, user flow, wireframes, design, and prototypes.
- Complete all stages of a creative project from mood boarding, sketching, designing to implementing assets.
- Work on external client projects and internal marketing/ HR projects.
Report Line
- Direct report to Team Leader.
- Occasionally report to the Creative Director.
Training period
Before fully taking over the position, you will be required to train:
- Team structure/ workflow of clients/ internal procedures.
- Internal management systems.
- Training on jobs.
- Other internal workshops and training from time to time to enhance the skills continuously.
Requirements
- Intermediate user of design softwares: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- A working knowledge of current AI tools is required: Chat GPT, Midjourney.
- A portfolio of professional design work for both UI/UX and creative projects..
- Understanding basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS, and Javascript is a big plus.
- Able to conduct office communication and understand clients‘ briefs in English.
- Open-minded, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
