Your role

Your role will be involved planning, monitoring activities and directly implementing items relate to Labor Law and Internal Regulations, Salary and Benefits, Procedures and Forms, Organizational Charts, Annual Evaluations, Labor Relations and Conflicts, trade Unions, Recruitment, L&D and other arising items. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all human resources department activities including C&B, Admin, TA & L&D
  • Advise and propose to the BOD on issues in the field of human resources such as: building the company‘s organizational and operating structure, recruitment training, salary plans, reward and recognition mechanisms. employee benefits, learning & development,...
  • Make annual, quarterly and monthly recruitment, training and human resource development plans for the company.
  • Build, supplement and perfect processes and regulations applied in the Company.
  • Develop human resources in the company by establishing strategies for employee productivity assessment, recruitment, training and development...
  • Supervise departmental systems, human resource management strategies and tactics
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with internal regulations and legal regulations
  • Resolves complaints and violations, and may take disciplinary action when necessary
  • Anticipate and address litigation risks
  • Other tasks assigned by BOD, support the management team with all HR related issues
  • Support the management team with all HR related issues.

 

Requirements

 

  • College or Bachelor’s degree or related field such as Law or Business Administration or Finance. 
  • Have a minimum of 8-10 years in the HR field and 4-5 years in Head position / similar role
  • Have experience in Manpower Plan & Headcount Strategy, familiar with KPI/OKR.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, PIT, Insurance, Union, and related labor regulations and practices.
  • Good English communication skills (Both written and communication).
  • Have experience working and operating documents for foreign workers
  • Open mindset and can do attitude.
  • Human orientated, high responsibility, ability to meet deadlines.
