Your role

Partner Sales Manager will be independent to ensure and complete our targets of selling and be reporting to the Head of Client Management / Business Intelligent. Work location and work method can be 100% flexible and remote.

Responsibilities

- Representing The Color Club‘s brand in Sales, always maintaining the integrity and professional transparency of the Company. 
- Being an accomplished new business ‘hunter’ capable of winning and nurturing new business relationships, equally strong account management skills to meet and transcend customer expectations in the Vietnam region.
- Exploit the existing customer data source of The Color Club and new customers based on your own strategy freedom and professionally for achieving your annual sales targets which will be aligned to the company’s plans and objectives.
- Approaching and presenting to senior customers including business customers (B2B) or individual customers (B2C) about our company’s services.
- Conducting face-to-face customer management meetings as necessary to do and/or facilitate sales directly, provide support, address issues, communicate updates and advocate your customer’s needs within The Color Club.
- Support Client Management / Business Intelligence team in completing sales closing and contract and payment procedures.
- Other arising jobs according to reality or agreement of the two parties.

Requirements

- Experience preferably in Marketing, Media, Communication, PR ….or other areas acceptedly . 
- Minimum 7 years of channel Marketing sales experience with a proven track of sales record.
- Good business acumen foresight in managing forecasts and targets. 
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to analyze issues and resolve conflicts.
- Be proactive and timely to support the team to ensure quality, accuracy and practicality of all tasks.
- Note: Excellent written and verbal communication skills - both English and Vietnamese.

- Compensation package: support fees for customer outreach and seminars or events, commission for each closed deal (Unrestricted income regarding competencies).
