Responsibilities

Project management:

• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and time frame
• Work closely with Cross teams to have an efficient resource allocation
• Monitor projects’ performance on a daily basis to ensure delivering projects on time with high quality
• Maintain professional relationships with all clients by holding weekly meetings.
• Issue invoices after getting projects done

Workflow overview & Optimization:

• Analyze clients’ profile in coordination with Team lead according to specifications and prepare requested reports to serve for evaluation purposes.
• Work closely with Team lead and other stakeholders to review workflow and propose optimization ideas

Requirements

• Open for fresher, willing to learn
• Opportunity for both German native and good German communication skills
• Ability to multi-task across multi-faceted projects  
• Able to adapt to change and respond positively when faced with new challenges 
• Be proactive and timely support the team to ensure quality, accuracy and practicality of all tasks
• Note: English communication is a must
